I support and guide individuals on their journey to full health, with a focus on motivating, educating and empowering those who work with me to create balance in their mind, body and spirit.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UBC and became a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in 2010. I am licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC) and a member of the British Columbia’s Naturopathic Doctors (BCND).
After 7 years in practice as an ND, I wanted to explore deeper layers of healing – particularly, how the emotional and spiritual aspects of our health impact the totality of our wellbeing. In 2019, I headed back to school, and three years later I graduated from Clearmind International Institute with a diploma in Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling. I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and am licensed with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
I have a special interest in women’s health, fertility, recurring miscarriages, gastrointestinal complaints, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, grief, and feeling misaligned with one’s purpose in life.
I have a special calling to work with individuals who identify as light workers, star seeds, and old souls. These terms describe humans who have incarnated on Earth with the purpose of aiding humanity and Mother Gaia; shifting the direction that our planet is currently heading in into a more loving existence. These are unique individuals who often have challenging upbringings and feel like they never quite fit in. Life on Earth can be very challenging for those of us who fall into one or more of these categories – we tend to be highly sensitive, more empathetic, and are viscerally impacted by what we see around us (violence, corruption, destruction of planet Earth, etc.) Yet, we feel we have a profound mission to accomplish: raising the vibration of the planet, and paving the way for a New Earth, embodied by unity consciousness, harmony and peaceful cooperation among all.
I am constantly healing, re-balancing and evolving my own physical and emotional wellbeing, while continually deepening my connection to Source. I believe life is a journey and there are no mistakes or wrong choices, only exploration, learning and growth. This is how we evolve, how we become more loving, kind and compassionate with others, and then - the ultimate journey! - how we learn to turn that love towards ourselves.
If you are looking for a gentle, warm presence to support you on your path to wholeness, I believe, on an energetic level we are all One, and I treat others the way I would want them to treat me: with respect, compassion, and care.
I look forward to meeting you!
